Restoration 1 Introduces Contents Cleaning Program

Restoration 1® has introduced the launch of its content cleaning program. Expanding upon an extensive product of offerings aimed to help restore and repair customers’ homes or commercial properties and lives after a disaster, Restoration 1® has announced that it will offer contents cleaning as a service for customers and as an additional business opportunity for participating franchisees to provide a total restoration solution.

“As one of the fastest-growing franchises in the country and an award-winning organization in the restoration industry, we are excited to take our business to the next level by now offering services to clean and restore not only property but the contents within the property,” said Gary Findley, CEO of Restoration 1®.

Content cleaning specializes in restoring customers’ belongings that have damages related to water, mold, smoke, and fire. Participating franchise locations will add a content cleaning facility to their commercial space complete with equipment from national vendors to professionally catalog and clean items with a turnaround time of as little as 24 hours to return some of customers’ most needed assets, allowing them to get back to their everyday life as soon as possible following a disaster. The program will have the capacity to restore a wide variety of items such as soft goods, art, electronics and more.

In addition to the value this brings to Restoration 1® customers, it also offers another revenue stream across participating franchisees who choose to add this program to their existing business. Offering a one-stop shop for both customers and insurance companies, Restoration 1® can now help close the loop for customers while allowing franchisees to expand their expertise in the restoration industry even further.

“We’re here to help make the transition time between a disaster and completed restoration as seamless as possible,” Findley said. “By adding this contents cleaning program we bring added value to both customers and our franchisees.”

Unveiled to franchisees and staff at the company’s national convention in Las Vegas recently, as much as 50 percent of the franchise network is actively pursuing adding a content cleaning facility to their existing business this year.
